Kush Hospitality Apparel will accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned undamaged and unworn. Please fill out the Request For Refund Form and we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label upon confirmation of the request.Once your request for a return is approved, returns can also be done in person. Free UPS Ground shipping on all USA orders over $200. UPS Ground Shipping starts at $10 based on your location and order size. Expedited shipping is available for $30. Once you've entered your shipping address, your shipping will be calculated.
UPS Shipping for continental USA. USPS Priority Mail for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Islands + territories). UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS.
UPS Ground: All orders ship out Miami, FL. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If you want your order shipped out same day, please complete your order by 12PM EST. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email. All express shipments (2nd day, 1 day air express or 3 day select) must be placed by 12pm EST to ship out same day. If received after 12pm EST, it will ship out the following business day (weekends not included).
USPS Priority Mail: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and territories ship via USPS Priority Mail. All USA orders with PO Boxes also ship via USPS, not UPS. We ship out your order within 48 hours, but USPS is experiencing some delays when already en route to destination. We recommend just staying up to date with the tracking information and your local post office.
Local Pickup: You can pick up your merchandise in person at either Kush Coconut Grove or Kush Hialeah. Please confirm with a staff member that your item(s) are ready and that someone will be available to meet you prior to going to pick up your order.
To track your Kush goods, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find the tracking number. Then simply go to www.usps.com and track your package.If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to email us at info@kushhospitality.com.
